An amalgam of different materials, namely authentic Istrian stone, colorful marble, green onyx and olive wood, gently blending in the surrounding landscape of a centuries old pine forest.

Apart from three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house offers 100 m² living room with kitchen, two covered and two open porches, an underground garage and a tavern equipped with a professional (Brunswick) billiard table, a gym and a sauna, and a self-service vine cellar.

From the front porch you enter into a garden full of carefully chosen flowers and trees from all parts of the world, the characteristic Mediterranean smell of lavander following you during your walk.

An automatic sprinkler system takes care of the garden during the night and ensures a fresh morning when you wake up.

First floor: bedroom with king size bed and access to large sunlit terrace, one spacious bathroom with an access to a smaller sunlit terrace
